Management Communication Issues

An incredibly frustrating place to live. The management is a joke. The management staff is constantly either quitting or getting fired so any issue they always blame it on the staff before them. Don't take anything anyone tells you as true because they will be gone before you know it and the next person will tell you something different.
Assume that you will need to follow up on any issue or request to management multiple times because they will likely forget or pretend something was being done ...
when it really is not.
Maintenance staff is questionable at best and does a lot of jerry-rigging. A great example of this is when I had an issue where the door wouldn't close properly. Their solution, after pretending there was not an obvious gap in the door, was to hammer the wooden door. As you would expect this did not fix the gap, but it did dent the door. I was shocked with how stupid that was.
