August 19, 2020As a single mother of 3 kiddos, most importantly I ALWAYS feel safe. We also receive great care from property management and maintenance. Maintenance services are always same or next day, no hesitation, always friendly and complete tasks timely. Property management is friendly, accommodating and super great with my kiddos! Five stars! Mediocre at best
July 22, 2020If you enjoy constantly cleaning mold from your cabinets and closets (oh and your shoes if you leave them sit too long on the closet floor), and you are fine with signing a lease that you are bound by but the rental office is not, then you've found a home. Don't expect to be notified if maintenance comes to work in your apartment - even if 24 hours notice is required by said lease. Don't expect quality work to be done when it is done. It's all mediocre. Lived here for 5 years and had multiple ...frustrating dealings with incompetence from office and maintenance staff. Seems to be the best JC has to offer.
