Nice place with some complaints
January 14, 2024Spent a year here, the staff is friendly and maintenance comes the same day as requested. Unfortunately the neighbors threw their trash on the floor and fire escape and it was rarely, if ever, attended to. Requiring tenants get the carpet professionally cleaned before moving out or pay a cleaning fee is also bizarre.Review from Apartments.com
I loved my time here
November 11, 2023I loved my time here in this community. I lived here for a little over a year and I found it to be peaceful for the most part. I loved the fact that this community is slightly tucked away from the street and feels like you're stepping into a past era where things were more simple. It's very charming and the buildings are well built. I was extremely comfortable and happy here. The price is affordable and I always felt safe.Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was dealt with within a day.Review from Apartments.com
