Very nice place to live. The manager Nina, she is so nice and helpful. She is always on top of everything and makes sure i am ok all the time. Ron the mainance man always fix everything fast. This is the first time living by myseld and he made sure i knew everything i needed to know about my place like something so simple as changing the air filter. Whenever i put a work order, it gets fix the same day. The community is always clean and the townhouses are so beautiful. My dog loves walking on ...

I lived at Clinton Lake for 2 1/2 years, and had a very good experience. Nina and Ron are professional, friendly and responsive to the needs of the residents. They are good people. Also, the amenities such as the lake and the nearby bike trail make the community unique.

Manager Nina is rude and unprofessional. Won't return calls or emails. Place isn't worth the price. Cheap countertops and flooring. Fridge crooked and no ice maker on front. Ants are a big issue.

We moved to Clinton Lake last November and we love it! We love the pool and playground in our backyard. It is great for a family. Nina is very sweet and helpful. Ron(maintenance) he will help with anything you need and does it with a smile. We moved from Arkansas and they helped us feel welcomed.

Do not rent from this place. Advertised as luxury apartments but the place is anything but. Very cheap building materials and finishes. Over priced with a huge carpenter ant problem in most units. No resolution to ant infestation except spray toxic chemicals inside and around your home or do your own pest control. Informed management about ant problem for months before they even sent someone out to spray, which didn't resolve the issue. After repeated calls I was told by management, "What do you ...
expect me to do, there's nothing else I can do. If you want to leave you have to pay 3 times rent and give a 60 day notice". They want you to keep the unit in the same condition it was when you moved in but they don't maintain the unit in the same condition as when you moved in. Our unit had cracks in the walls and ceilings as well. You can hardly navigate the roads due to people parking in the street, although you have a two car garage and two car parking pad. Neighbors don't clean up pet waste and one neighbor even turned his garage into a bar. Loud music and block parties. Cars zipping through the neighborhood although speed limit is 15 mph. A far cry from luxury living! The icing on the cake is that they will make you pay 3 times the rent to move due to all the problems above. No corporate contact, all issues are resolved ineffectively by property manager (Nina). When calling AR Building directly, you get a voicemail that is full. Honestly, I believe the company is one big scam to overprice and falsely advertise luxury living to develop more properties and scam more people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
