FLOODS [lost everything]
March 10, 2024Mine and MANY other apartments on the ground level and first floor flooded after a heavy rainfall. Now homeless, I desperately went to the managers office seeking for help and/or compensation and they refused to accept any responsibility. They smugly said it was my fault for not having flood insurance and even said my apartment was still habitable. I live on the ground level and the disgusting water was a foot high throughout my apartment (some rooms higher than others). We lost every piece of ...furniture along with anything that wasn’t sitting above 12 inches off the floor. We were homeless for days and were responsible for the cleanup. They replaced the carpet, but not the saturated drywall which I assume is full of mold. After learning from many tenants that Clinton Manor Apartments have a history of flooding, I’m upset that the leasing staff did not inform me of this before signing the lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

One of the Best places to live!
May 24, 2023This apartment is well kept by management. Clean, up to date, well kept grounds and safe. I love my apartment. It’s spacious, newly renovated and also has a balcony with a beautiful view. Also it’s geographicallly located near freeways, shopping, parks, and eating. I wouldn’t trade this place for the world. The staff is A -1 friendly. Maintenance is very professional and prompt. GOOD FIRST APT TO RENT
January 24, 2019I am a young female, living alone for my first time. My main concern moving in was my safety and making sure I felt comfortable walking into my apartment alone at night. I have never once felt unsafe living here, I've been here for 7 months now. The staff is kind, but can be frustrating. Mike the maintenance guy is awesome. However, it seems there are many maintenance requests and so it takes him a while to complete some things. This is probably because he is the only person on the maintenance ...staff. I love the area, its so quiet and peaceful - the freeway is a little annoying at times. The grounds are always very well kept. The floor plans are extremely spacious. Honestly, if you're looking for an apartment with a lot of room and closet space, this is your place. Hugeee walk in closets. Everything's included in your rent other than electrical bill. THE STAFF WILL LIE TO YOU
August 2, 2018The ground level apartments flood - but the leasing staff won't inform you of that. Moved into a ground level (young woman alone) and the door wall did not LOCK! I was never informed of this either, until I logged onto the maintenance portal and read that they had input a ticket for it. DON'T YOU THINK THEY WOULD INFORM ME SO I WOULDN'T BE SLEEPING IN AN UNLOCKED APARTMENT?! The staffing agent - Stephanie - is absolutely horrific and beyond belief rude.
