Great place to live
January 3, 2025This will be my 11th year at Clinton Place and I can't say enough great things. We recently got new maintenance and as usual was able to find and fix the issue. Never have a problem with maintenance getting down to the bottom of any issue. Response to issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Our Management Emilie is great at answering all my questions I have. Very friendly staff. I've seen a lot of changes in my 11 years and all for the better. This is a great community to live in. It ...doesn't feel like you're living in an apartment but rather a condo. A very safe environment. Love having our own entrance, own washer and dryer among other things. They are always trying to make the community better and better every year. Could not imagine calling any other place home. This will be our forever home!Property Manager Responded

Do Not Reccomend
September 18, 2019Broken AC unit and No Hot water. Waste of money. Maintenance came couldn't fix AC unit, after a month of complaining and a sky rocketing bill it took a specialist to fix it. Didn't have hot water the last month living here maintenance came a couple times, no change. Dumpster is always over flowing but still charged a trash fee every month.Review from Apartments.com

Feels like home...
November 11, 2017I moved to Clinton Place Apartments almost a year ago. This was my first experience with apartments as I've owned my own home for 16 years. I was a bit nervous about it at first but from the moment I moved in I knew this was my new home! I love the community (all my neighbors are so friendly and helpful) and the office staff does a great job. Some of the perks love about my apartment my private entrance, a full size washer and dryer inside my unit, a balcony off my living room and the flower ...garden I was able to plant in front of my unit. The community is quiet and clean and maintenance is wonderful at taking care of things in a timely manner. My lease renewal is coming up soon and I will definitely be signing on for another year. Clinton Place Apartments
August 2, 2015Clinton Place Apts. is a very clean, very quiet place to live. It is located right across the street from a hospital. Everything that you need is located around you. From gas stations to grocery stores. The school system is very good. It is located around elementary Jr,High and High schools. There is a mall called Partridge Creek that is close and it is a very nice outdoor mall. Beautiful in the winter with an giant outdoor fireplace and heated sidewalks so that you can walk in comfort. This area ...is clean and everyone is friendly. The management is ready to answer any questions and they are timely at getting things done. Each apartment has its own entry, full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, patio, assigned car port. There is a pool area and the school buses pick your children up at the front office for school. Post office and drug stores are close by. It is located off the main streets and you do not hear any traffic noises. I enjoy living here. Faith R. Clinton place drive
August 5, 2015Loving it. Modest but very comfortable. 1 bedroom. Recently moved to this side of town as I had to place my mom in long term care facility and wanted to be closer to her. Left the city where I was born and raised. Affordable and not luxurious, but safe, quite, and well maintained. Can't smell the neighbors dinner, and very quiet neighborhood. In retrospect would have preferred 2nd floor, as I do get a few little spiders in the bathroom, but it's perfect from myself and Bella the cat!! If ...Bella's happy, everybody is happy.
