      This will be my 11th year at Clinton Place and I can't say enough great things. We recently got new maintenance and as usual was able to find and fix the issue. Never have a problem with maintenance getting down to the bottom of any issue. Response to issues are taken care of in a timely manner.       Broken AC unit and No Hot water. Waste of money. Maintenance came couldn't fix AC unit, after a month of complaining and a sky rocketing bill it took a specialist to fix it. Didn't have hot water the last month living here maintenance came a couple times, no change. Dumpster is always over flowing but still charged a trash fee every month.

I was a bit nervous about it at first but from the moment I moved in I knew this was my new home! I love the community (all my neighbors are so friendly and helpful) and the office staff does a great job.
