Beyond The Best
October 19, 2025These guys are incredible. The location will surprise you - by far the best view in Boston (straight to the clocktower over the water). And I think the best management team in the boston area. Specifically Houssam, Emma and Joe are absolutely incredible. They make it feel like home, and go way above and beyond to take care of you. Exceptional Move-in Support
September 25, 2025I sold my place in the South End and couldn't wait to get to Clippership Wharf. I was drawn by the water views, ease of kayak access, ease of train/water taxi access to town, the peaceful meandering harbor paths, and the historically diverse character of Eastie. During my move Rylie and Emma were available to me at all times, whether by phone, email or on-site, and they answered all of my questions. They never seemed bothered by silly questions and always maintained a positive attitude. Moving ...is always a stressful experience, but they made it less so. July 22, 2025From the moment we met Emma, we knew this property cared about their residents! She was polite, helpful, professional and very friendly! Throughout our year lease, the building was well maintained and the staff work very hard. Whenever there were concerns, everyone was very responsive to ensure we were taken care of. Excellent package handling, their concierge director Houssam, the entire team were such wonderful people. Apartment was up to date, beautiful kitchen. Smallish bedroom. Limited ...closet space. The view spectacular! The location so easy to get around, the T is in front of our door! A wonderful team that cares about residents. If you’re a pet lover, this is your heaven. We had no pets, but if we did, this would be the place. A special shout out for the team that handles the trash. They are so fast and hardworking! The best first impression!
April 28, 2025I recently moved into Clippership Apartments, and it’s been an amazing start! From day one, everything has gone smoothly — the leasing and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive. I had a small repair request right after moving in, and maintenance showed up almost immediately to fix it. It’s been such a refreshing change compared to past experiences. The views here are absolutely unbeatable. Watching the Boston skyline, especially at sunset, is something I look forward to every day — it ...truly never gets old. Another thing that stands out is the sense of community. Coming from Cambridge and Somerville, I can honestly say the neighbors here are much friendlier and more welcoming. People actually smile and say hello, and it feels like everyone genuinely cares about the community. The location is perfect too — the subway is right outside the building, and there’s a great mix of restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores all within walking distance. We love living here!
April 28, 2025Living at Clippership Apartments has been a wonderful experience! The amenities, like the gym and lounge, feel brand new and are very spacious. The staff do an amazing job keeping all the shared spaces spotless, and I especially love having the outdoor grill area. I have a 7-month-old, and we both enjoy spending time in the baby playroom — such a thoughtful addition for families. A huge shout-out to the leasing team — they are always helpful, incredibly kind, and often organize fun events for ...residents. Any time I had questions, they made sure to assist right away. I also had a maintenance request recently, and the team responded immediately and took care of everything. The concierge team is equally wonderful — always warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better: the subway station is right across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. And of course, the views from East Boston are absolutely stunning — I truly never get tired of them. From the moment we arrived, Emma made us feel welcomed and at ease. Her energy was so warm and professional, and her knowledge of the property and surrounding area was genuinely impressive.
