Too many issues for a new property. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Parking garage gates frequently break down, elevators break down, doors not working, the list goes on. Smelly hallways—cigarettes and weed almost every week despite being “smoke free.” Guest parking is horrible since residents park there daily. Good luck having guests over.
