March 29, 2026Too many issues for a new property. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Parking garage gates frequently break down, elevators break down, doors not working, the list goes on. Smelly hallways—cigarettes and weed almost every week despite being “smoke free.” Guest parking is horrible since residents park there daily. Good luck having guests over. The immediate area outside the property is so sketchy. Can’t even go out for a walk and feel safe. This does not align with the high rent cost.
