December 22, 2025This is truly a great community to live in. From day one, the staff has been welcoming and consistently goes above and beyond when concerns come up, making sure residents feel heard and satisfied. That level of care makes a real difference. One area of opportunity for growth would be the maintenance team. Adding more staff could help close tickets faster, which would reduce resident frustration and limit the number of complaints that have to be escalated to the office. Faster turnaround times ...would elevate an already solid resident experience. Overall, I genuinely appreciate how safe this property feels. The management clearly prioritizes security—especially with the gates being consistently maintained—which gives residents peace of mind. If you’re looking for a friendly community within walking distance to The Battery and its shops, this is definitely a great location to consider.Property Manager Responded
