June 2, 2025Amenities definitely need an upgrade. The pool area looks unmanaged. Bugs/leaves etc all in the pool and the chairs don’t look like they’ve been cleaned ever. Grills barely work etc. Overall apartment units are nice and it’s pretty quiet as well. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion as well.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025Everything went well. I didn’t have any maintenance requests, a few weeks after moving in I had an issue with a flickering light and when I put the maintenance request in they came the very next day. No issues or complaints here.Property Manager Responded
