Overall, Clover is a 7.5/10. This complex being a gated community was one of the main reasons we chose this location. However, the gates are always broken. The times where all 3 front gates work at the same time are scarce. The community is beautiful though and the people have been nice for as long as we’ve been here. This is truly a great community to live in. From day one, the staff has been welcoming and consistently goes above and beyond when concerns come up, making sure residents feel heard and satisfied. That level of care makes a real difference. One area of opportunity for growth would be the maintenance team.
