  • Not worth it!

I have lived here 4 years now and have had bad experiences the hole time...managment..ya right! Nothing but a joke ..money hungry is what they are... oh ya pools ..thats a joke they are open maybe weeks out of the year when they are even open at all...cars get towed even with parking pass on them when registered with the office ..matenance ..dont expect them to come fix anything fast unless it's one of the 8 times a year they demand entrance into your home for inspection and matenance ,which is a ...
batteries change and new air filter by the way that's it.and if you have any slats on your blinds break it's $30 a slat to replace ..and dont expect to get your deposit whether there's damage or not they will find a reason to keep it..the grass is sprayed with a tone of feed and pesticide ..this dose and will give your kids a nasty rash ..and that's the tip of the ice burg as I can't go Into the actual dirt (crime)in the majority of the area for they have told residents that if we talk about thing that have occurred here we could be evictided! And to top it ll off i had two cars get tones of scratches from the tiles from the roof when the wind blows was told sry xant do anything its a ack of nature you have to clame it if you want it fixed ..these were brand new cars on a Subaru 2013 impress strait off the lot ...

  • Don't do it...

    June 28, 2018
The entire staff here are lazy and rude. Every interaction I have with them is terrible. The pool is constantly dirty and closed 5 days out of the week. I refuse to let my daughter swim in it because the lack of care for it. Kids run around and curse at the top of their lungs at all hours of the night. No one picks up their dogs pop and its everywhere. I've had a few things break including the water heater and heater on separate times. It took them 2 days to get to me and they said they had to ...
order parts and it would be another few days. They wouldn't tell me the parts needed. Called my brother in law and it fixed the issue for both times in 30 mins. Everytime you visit the office, it's usually closed for various reasons. They are all very rude. Especially Yolanda. She bas a constant attitude to the guests, residents, and other staff. The prices are super high for the apartments and the community. You can live in a much nicer place for just a little extra a month. I will not renew my lease here ever and highly recommend staying away. If you want to live in a garbage neighborhood, run by a garbage comapany and staff, and live with the bottom of the barrel people. Then this is your place. Oh and did I mention that many of the apartments and builds still test positive for meth? Oh and they don't tell the residents but there's been many articles in the news paper. Good luck if you decide to call this place home.

  • Nextlight low-cost Broadband is blocked at Cloverbasin Village

    December 6, 2017
Cloverbasin Village’s Management has BLOCKED City of Longmont’s voter-approved NEXTLIGHT public utility low-cost broadband service installation to ALL Cloverbasin Village residents. Be prepared to possibly pay more each month for inferior internet service if you rent an apartment at Cloverbasin Village. You can easily verify this information on the City of Longmont's website under Nextlight, then click on the construction/installation progress: citywide service availability map. Notice that the ...
outline of Cloverbasin Village Apartments clearly shows Nextlight Service is “Denied Access by Property Owner”. Notice also that almost no other apartment complex in the entire City of Longmont has blocked Nextlight service to their residents. Rent elsewhere if you want low-cost, gig-speed Nextlight because it looks like it will be a long time, if ever, before service is installed at Cloverbasin Village Apartments.

  • Think twice!

    October 23, 2017
Wow! Lived here 6yrs now and way less then impressed with Mission Rock Residential-Cloverbasin Village. Site wide there are huge issues.Criminal activity is rampant, drugs, guns, domestic violence, fights, loud music ect.. Management no longer responds to any issues in regard to blatant lease violations. They use false advertising to get residents in. Such as having packages accepted and held by the office, never letting residents know they have a package to pick up. Advertising a basketball ball ...
court which has gone the summer without a backboard or net. Refusing to enforce parking, which is required by our lease to have a parking permit displayed or your car is supposed to be towed (never happens). Dangerous building conditions such as no working breezeway lights. Failure to fallow through with maintenance requests which have resulted in at least one tenant living for months with black mold and a sewage leak.Unauthorized tenants (which they are aware of) living in units. General failure to enforce any lease violations at all whatsoever. I used to be proud to call Cloverbasin my home and now cringe to have my address on things such as resumes. Police and SWAT activity is now the normal part of day to day life here. Please think carefully before signing a lease with Mission Rock Residential-Cloverbasin Village. The environment here is stressful (to say the least) daily. Thank you for reading this review. I hope it helps in making a wise decision regarding where you decide to live.

  • Don't Live Here!

    July 16, 2017
Full of drugs, sex offenders, violent offenders, gang members. Totally unsafe! Do not expose yourself or children to anything on this housing site! Management does nothing and refuses to enforce own rules and policies at the expense of residents!

  • Management is terrible

    May 15, 2017
Cloverbasin is the worst places I have ever lived. I have been here for four years. It was never great, but over the years, management has gotten worse and worse. It took them six months to fix a leaky bathtub and two weeks to replace a broken refrigerator with one that was half the size, opened on the wrong side, and still had food in the bottom of it from the last apartment it was in. They hike the rent $200 a year, while providing less and less customer service. The overall feeling I get from ...
office staff and maintenance is that their tenants are a bother to them. As far as the tenants go, crime is an issue. I had a bicycle stole out of my garage unit with no sign of forced entry, police are called to the complex at least once a week, children are out on the playgrounds until 10-11 at night, usually unsupervised. People let their dogs run off leash and do not pick up their poop, which is all over the property. My dogs contracted giardia and they do not leave the property. I am currently counting the days until I can move out of this place. My recommendation for anyone looking at this place would be to spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

  • We Have Lived Here Since November 8, 2005..........................

    July 11, 2016
My husband and I; have lived here, since November 8, 2005!!! We have seen Maintenance Men, come and go. We have seen Management change three (3) times. We have requested maintenance, for a dishwasher ring, that needs replaced, and, it is leaking, as well. . And a few other things. But; with only three (3) maintenance guys, having to do, all of these apartments. You can't really, expect them, to be able to get to it, right away. They FIRED one guy, that had been here, for quite a while, for no ...
reason. They also, let another one go. And; because of him leaving, another one of them, left; too!!!! But; this is a good location, to King Soopers (South), pretty close to the store. Just a few blocks over. Good location, to the Library, as well. Stairs, are getting hard, for my husband, as we live, on the 2nd level. Stairs, are also getting loose, though. Residents, are good downstairs. No more door slamming, like the other residents, that had been in that apartment. So; that is nice, to be above. They are, so quiet. We have baby birds, that are on our light though, by our front door. That is pretty neat, to watch them, as they get bigger. Computer in Business Center, works good. Nanette (and Brad) Smith

  • DON'T DO IT.

    May 5, 2016
This place doesn't even deserve one single star. I have lived in this apartment complex for over 3 years, in different buildings. I have always paid rent on time, and never had any type of complaints from neighbors. The old staff was TERRIBLE, and I was very excited to hear of the management change. However, the service at Cloverbasin Village Apartments has only gotten worse. They will do whatever they can to get your money; they towed my car WHICH IS ON MY LEASE to a tow yard in Boulder which ...
cost me $250 to get back. They don't respond to your maintenance requests for months at a time; I reported my dishwasher broken upon my move-in, and it took them over two months to even come look at it, and then an additional two months to get the thing working properly. There is crime in the area that the management will DELIBERATELY not tell you about; my boyfriends bike was stolen and when he went to tell the office, they said "Oh yeah, that's been going on for a few weeks now, sorry." They knew there had been people stealing from their residents and they didn't notify ANYBODY - but yet they have absolutely no trouble leaving multiple notes on our door regarding mandatory inspections and required maintenance checks. This place is all about appearances, they will do anything to save face, including giving you their meaningless apologies. I highly suggest you stay far away from this complex, as I wish I had.

  • Seems good coming in

    July 28, 2015
this place looked great on paper, pool, dog park, nice layout, pretty lawns, 24 hour fitness. Turns out 24 hour finess is a room with 3 out of 5 broken machines that are only available during office hours. The pool has always been closed, and they keep it around to say they have one, the grass is treated with terrible pesticides that pets and kids get rashes from, and a new management company took over and raised the rent by $150/month without more than a weeks notice.
