August 9, 2021The apartment was initially ok, I did the check list for things that needed to be done, and here I am in a second lease and new owner and still nothing. They are raising the rent and not maintaining these homes for what they want you to pay. Air conditioner has been malfunctioning for over a month, they brought some rinky dink thing to put in the window instead of fixing the air. It’s over 80 inside my apartment. April 26, 2021This was my first apartment and I’m soo glad I got to stay here for about 18mo. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood so I could study for classes. I felt safe living here as a single young lady and often ran around the neighborhood. The apartment manager was nice and maintenance was pretty timely and efficient. It was close to downtown which was great since I was in school. You do not have to go far if you want something: downtown, library, hair store, restaurants, abc store, fresh fish market.
