Water leaking in walls causing Mold and Mildew and management will never fix it..A Health Hazard and nothing is done about it..Be prepared for Old apartments in bad condition with Plenty Of Roaches and I mean PLENTY! This apartment complex is INFESTED with ROACHES..You will never get rid of them I don’t care how much money you spend..Management is terrible and ...

One of the worse places to live! My neighbors are dirty and my apartment always smell because of their unclean living. Water-bugs and Cockroaches are everywhere! Trust me it’s better to pay more and have a nicer place!

I've been living here for five months and I don't have any complaints. I was very worried about the reviews that mention cockroaches, but I haven't seen a cockroach since I moved in.

The maitence is horrendous and when you try and get in touch with anyone in this place it's like pulling teeth.

I have been living at Cloverleaf Gardens since 2011. Everytime they fumigated the worse the infestation. Be careful of the Superintendent. He is entering your apt with the exterminator and taking pictures with his cellular behind your back to pin the infestation on you. This is the new SCAM that they are now working on so that when your leaving they can deduct this out of your security deposit. The worse is the cockroach paste. I wish I could upload the pictures of it all over my apartment. ...
Leaving Next Year when my lease is up. You don't need to believe me. If you are trying to save a buck to live here, I can assure you it will be spent on products to kill the cockroaches.

So my wife and I moved in here back in 2016. Lets just say things went from bad to worse within a week. Rental office was hard to get a hold of. Move in day no one was there to give us the key to our apartment. After waiting in front of the rental office for about an hour someone showed up gave us our keys and said welcome. Asked the woman in the rental office where exactly our apartment was she just pointed outside and said around the corner. Couldn't be bothered with actually showing us. Once ...
in the apartment we immediately noticed roaches. Since I lived here, had the apartment fumigated 5 times and spent $300 on roach killing products. Called Terminex and they said it's pointless for them to come out because I'm basically dealing with an infestation in a multiple dwelling so it's almost impossible to get rid of. After talking to other residents from other buildings in the complex I discovered that roaches existed in basically every apartment. Stray cats everywhere and when you try to get a hold of maintianece, well I'll just say good luck. Not worth the money and it's robbery that they raise the rent 5% every year when you live in slum like conditions. Cracks in every part of the apartment and outdated wiring in the walls. Cable company hated coming put because the said I will have horrible internet and tv service as long as I live here. So take this how you will, but you have been warned.

For being an older building Clover Leaf gardens in Woodbridge NJ is very safe. Many kids of all ages play together at there little park they have. Neighbors are friendly to one another and there maintance team is very quick to respond. Definitely a great neighborhood !
