Terrible customer service
November 20, 2020Theresa was supposed to call me to confirm my showing. I called her several times , left a vm and she never called me back. I called her one more time 30 minutes before my showing and she had an attitude. She sounded like she didn’t want to waste her time with me. I have a good income, no criminal history and good credit but I can not rent anything there bc I used to live in my boyfriends apartment so I did not pay rent. Very bad experience. Thank God I noticed before I move there otherwise I ...will have to deal with this rough lady all the time. I won’t recommend this place at all.Property Manager Responded
April 26, 2021I am so sorry you feel this way. I do try very hard to help all our clients. One of our requirements is that you must have good rental history in the past 12 months where you had a Lease in place in your name. I hope you find what you are looking for. Maybe give us a second chance once you have established that requirement.

Clean, pet friendly neighborhood.
August 26, 2015Loving Club Caribe at Coconut Creek. The apartment complex is very pet friendly, with doggy clean up stations around the neighborhood, along with 2 tennis courts, one which happens to be right outside of my apartment. Aside from the common FL heat and humidity attracting a few bugs, the complex does very well pressure cleaning all halls and lawn maintenance biweekly. My 3rd floor apartment has an AMAZING high wood ceiling, giving it a cabin-like feel.
