Theresa was supposed to call me to confirm my showing. I called her several times , left a vm and she never called me back. I called her one more time 30 minutes before my showing and she had an attitude. She sounded like she didn’t want to waste her time with me. I have a good income, no criminal history and good credit but I can not rent anything there bc I used to live in my boyfriends apartment so I did not pay rent. Very bad experience. Thank God I noticed before I move there otherwise I ...

One of our requirements is that you must have good rental history in the past 12 months where you had a Lease in place in your name. I hope you find what you are looking for. Loving Club Caribe at Coconut Creek. The apartment complex is very pet friendly, with doggy clean up stations around the neighborhood, along with 2 tennis courts, one which happens to be right outside of my apartment. Aside from the common FL heat and humidity attracting a few bugs, the complex does very well pressure cleaning all halls and lawn maintenance biweekly. My 3rd floor apartment has an AMAZING high wood ceiling, giving it a cabin-like feel. Aside from missing a few more resident ...
