Theresa was supposed to call me to confirm my showing. I called her several times , left a vm and she never called me back. I called her one more time 30 minutes before my showing and she had an attitude. She sounded like she didn’t want to waste her time with me. I have a good income, no criminal history and good credit but I can not rent anything there bc I used to live in my boyfriends apartment so I did not pay rent. Very bad experience. Thank God I noticed before I move there otherwise I ...

Loving Club Caribe at Coconut Creek. The apartment complex is very pet friendly, with doggy clean up stations around the neighborhood, along with 2 tennis courts, one which happens to be right outside of my apartment. Aside from the common FL heat and humidity attracting a few bugs, the complex does very well pressure cleaning all halls and lawn maintenance biweekly.
