QUEIT and peaceful.
February 5, 2021I have lived at Club for several years. The staff in 2020/2021 are so wonderful, that I wanted to leave a review for people to see. Jasmine is a great property manager, and I have seen several since 2017. I am only seeing improvements. Some comments say they have bugs, but since I allow the pest control people to come every week, I have no issues. I have also lived in the country and realize that most bugs happen because we have so many beautiful trees, pine straw, and a gorgeous pond. I chose ...to live here because of the amazing scenery. The azaleas in the summer are so relaxing to walk around. It's like living in a neighborhood of quaint cottages. Live at Club Hill if you want a serene place to live under a budget. You can be happy anywhere with he right attitude and lifestyle. God Bless.Property Manager Responded

Do not recommend
November 9, 2020I don’t recommend ClubHill at all . They have roach problems, my house was very clean . Pest control never came out . It only happens when some one else move . Maintenance never I mean never come on time . They pop up with this unknown bill that you never know about . Neighbors loud . People are liars about the first time you try to look at the unit because they will not show you how it actually it look in person . They will show you floor plans . Once you get the unit it’s totally awfully ...different. When I first got there I had to fix a lot of stuff my own or get my dad to do it because the maintenance take their time . Front office never answer the phone always go to the main corporate and they send a voicemail to the office and they never call back about any problems . Painting of the unit in the inside it’s awful , I had problems with my bathroom plenty of time as again my dad had to fix . maintenance never came or the office didn’t do anything about it . Clubhill prices shouldn’t be like that and the units inside look like trash . I hope they change a lot to get better . I am so happy I move out . April 30, 2020There is a roach problem, which is fine. I’ll spray bug spray myself but I shouldn’t have to. Pools are not open often. The laundry facility is disgusting. I’m very surprised if I see maintenance within a week and a half of when I’ve made the request. My ceiling started to leak water BAD. I put in soooo many requests but no one ever came out to fix it. So I went to Walmart and bought a spray to temporarily fix it. If you don’t mind fixing a few things and spraying for bugs then it’s an okay place ...to live with the price. It’s walking distance to Columbus state and the walking trail is right next to the apartments. Management changes often so don’t be surprised if you have a problem that requires a follow up and no one has any idea what you’re talking about.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

It’s Ok.
December 3, 2019I’ve only been here almost 3 months and I’ve seen a rat in the pool (September). When you place a maintenance order it takes forever. The whole move in day process took forever and the girl did not know what was going on. They communicate through email or mail which sucks. The landscapers are rude! Do not have anything outside because they will blow it away with their blowers. I’ve been having problems since day one. I’ve been hit with the penalties without even knowing (make sure you keep an ...eye on your portal).Property Manager Responded

I assure you that our maintenance techs work hard to get to work orders as soon as possible, but we do have to prioritize them depending on severity/emergency status.
