May 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have really enjoyed the Club. The community is cute and apartments are a good size. The people in the office are very helpful, and overall very nice to interact with. The people around are also all very nice. I recommend it!Property Manager Responded

Tenants are not a Priority
April 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’m not really someone to leave negative reviews or complain about things like this really ever, but the experience we’ve had in these apartments has been awful and I would recommend anyone think twice before living here. I have lived in these apartments for nearly two years, and it is my opinion that management will do anything to save money or make money off of the tenants rather than respecting them and having their well being as even a minor concern. On multiple occasions, pipe leaks which ...have had nothing to do with us has affected our living space, and on one occasion caused us significant property damage. When raising this issue, they did not seem to care nor would they do anything about it. We’ve had other issues with our apartment on a regular basis as well, and while they’ve been on most occasions fixed in a timely manner, some have gone months without repair or even have been dismissed as “a project for next summer”, leaving us to live with a cracked and eroded patio that we were not warned about or shown prior to move in and a mailbox door missing for months. Regardless, it is my opinion that the frequency alone of these issues is a major concern. Honestly, I could look past all of that and just accept that we lived in a poorly built, mediocre apartment building if not for how we were treated upon move out. Our security deposit was deducted several hundred dollars for issues that were either pre-existing, we were told were not issues when we asked, or were not our fault and were blemishes to the outside of the building. We decided to ask management about this, describing each issue in detail compared to our lease, expecting at least some sort of discussion or reasoning as to why we were charged. Instead, their response was short, provided little explanation, and then they sent us the exact same images of the apartment that they’d already provided. It was as if they didn’t even read what we asked them. I then tried to call the property manager who sent the response, and was told that “he’d get back to me”, which of course he never did. My opinion is that the goal here was to deduct from our security deposit and avoid explaining why, or at least that’s what it seems like to me. In short, it is my opinion that management views their tenants as money making opportunities, with little care or respect for the tenants themselves or the place in which they live.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
April 20, 2026Hello Ryan, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your frustrations. While we always strive to provide top-notch service to our residents, we understand that there are times when expectations are not fully met, and for that we sincerely apologize. We would like to clarify the amenity fee includes more than just access to community amenities—it also covers internet service within your apartment home, which makes up the majority of that cost. Additionally, all residents are provided with a move-in inspection form to document the condition of the apartment at the time of move-in. This process helps ensure that residents are not held responsible for any pre-existing items upon move-out. Regarding your move-out charges, photos and supporting details were provided as part of the final account statement. We apologize if the explanation did not fully address your concerns and for any difficulty you experienced when attempting to reach a manager. We are more than happy to have ...a member of our management team follow up with you directly to provide further clarification.
Not satisfied with the issue resolution
July 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThere is no star (0 star) to give for this apartment and maintenance. We had very bad experience in the move in itself. Be ready to clean the apartment your self. We can see problems everywhere in the apartment doors doesn't work properly, windows are not proper. Even after talking to lease office they will just ask what can we do... not talking about the solution and issues supposed to be fixed before move in not after the move in. I don't find this is the perfect place to live in. As we ...see lot of rats indications in apartment we asked them to put the rat traps and one rat died in closed/locked area. I have called to lease office 2 times to cleanup and no-one has showed-up. We had to cleanup ourself.Read More
Fake reviews?
June 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comHow does this have 5 stars? This is a lie. Read the reviews here or anywhere. This place is downright terrible. I've rented at about a half dozen places over the years and this is by far the worst. Everything is outdated, and usually broken in some way, the carpeting is the cheapest you can buy, mold on the ceiling is painted over, this place nickel and dimes you to death, don't even think about getting a deposit back, even if you leave the apartment in better shape than when you arrived. They ...also add service charges to pay bills, and force you to pay $80 for internet (and supposedly other amenities which they don't break down, but it's no doubt things you get free at other apartments with the rent) You get to pay only through their "nice" little online portal that is clunky and outdated. In addition, the management here is terrible. Rude and condescending. You'll pay top dollar for a dismal apartment and the pleasure of being talked down to constantly. It gets one star for the location, But do yourself a favor, read the written reviews, and don't even consider renting here, you will regret it.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Constant leaks and way too overpriced
January 4, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI live on a ground floor apartment. 8 leaks in 3 years requiring major disruption. "Ammenities" is basically a swimming pool and getting charged 80$ a month for mandatory wifi charges. Ridiculously old buildings for this price.Property Manager Responded

Do NOT RENT HERE
June 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThey force you to utilize Verizon Internet which adds an addition $80 on rent.
Great place if you don't need AC, don't sleep and don't mind floods
August 28, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comMy AC unit failed April 2, 2020. They installed a small window unit in my bedroom window within a few days and promised to 'get right on it' to get the central AC fixed. For the next 8 weeks it was a series of excuses and as the weather warmed, it would be 80+ degrees in all rooms except the bedroom well into the evenings. During this time they replaced over 100 AC units in other parts of the complex - most of those were just upgrades of old, working, units, but they refused to do my unit. ...After numerous in-person visits to the office, letters, emails, etc they finally offered to let me move to another unit if I wanted to - and they wouldnt charge me for that "convenience". Another 4 weeks went by during which I was "one of the next units to be fixed". Second half of July was so hot that I ended up doing my "work from home" from the club house where the main office is located so that I could enjoy their AC. They offered to "let me out of my lease" when I told them I wanted to leave in mid July. When I asked to do that, they told me that I would actually be breaking my lease - which would cost me 2x my monthly rent. I offered them 1x my rent because of the lack of AC from April-July, and they said they would take me to court if I didnt pay the 2nd month penalty too. It was well worth it to pay and RUN AWAY FROM CLUB AT NORTH. During my stay I also experienced several middle-of-the-night false fire alarms where the sirens blared for several hours - and twice these caused the building sprinkler system to partially turn on - flooding my possessions in the storage unit within the building. They also installed bright spot-light type lights on every balcony of every unit and REMOVED the light switch that allowed residents to turn the light on their own balconies on/off. This way, in addition to not being able to turn the light off to enjoy a quiet evening on your own balcony, you also got the privilege of paying for the electricity every night - the office explained to me that this was one way they were building a "sense of community" ?!? As you read elsewhere in these reviews the management here is pretty heavy-handed. You can do better - there are lots of other nice apartments in Pittsburgh...Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Overall Mediocre Apartment
May 21, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis was my first apartment and I lived here for about a year. While the apartment itself was nice and we had very few issues in that regard, I could hear everything that went on outside. It sounded like the windows were open even after I double and triple checked that they were closed. We also had a ceiling leak when we first moved in that was supposed to be fixed before we arrived but they waited until we had moved in to completely take over the apartment and get pain all over my furniture. ...Additionally, one half of the apartment was always freezing while the other half was boiling, and when maintenance was called they didn't really do anything to fix it besides open and close different vents. Also, no one told us we would be moving into the building that housed all the maintenance offices and equipment, so there was never any parking and always construction noise. Finally, upon just moving out, my roommate got a very rude call from the property manager even though nothing was wrong with the apartment.Read More
It’s ok.
February 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in worse places. Some sketchy people there when we lived there. Wanted me to let them into the pool area. Was just hanging outside and not sure what they were doing. The people are friendly that manage it. The pool was nice. The location is great. Don’t expect upgrades to be upscale but it’s safe. The noise from above you can be awful. We had people who would sing at 3 am. Lol! I go for it but just be aware it’s not really upscale.
Limited “management”
September 18, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comWhile I like the location and my apartment is mostly fine with the amenities I look for, there is little response from management when concerns are raised (e.g., responding to children loudly using hallways as playgrounds for hours at a time, packages being stolen from the common areas inside the door). When a maintenance issue occurs, the “repair” is rarely more than a quick-fix of poor quality (e.g., plywood placed over dilapidated cupboards). I’m new to Pittsburgh, so I’m not sure if this is ...typical management for an apartment complex, but my experience thus far has left much to be desired, particularly for the price.Read More
Do not rent here
March 1, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comInfrastructure is falling apart. They don’t maintain the landscape. Maintenance workers are incompetent at repairing. Terrible at following through with maintenance request. They only care about getting new people in and could care less about maintaining the residence that are currently there. Don’t be fooled if you schedule a tour. Do not sign with them, as you will regret itProperty Manager Responded
