March 1, 2020The gate was always broken, so sketchy people would be walking around at night sometimes. There was never any parking after 7:30pm so I had to park by the front gate, which was not near my building. The dumpster was always over-filled and had furniture sitting next to it. My friends on the other side of the complex had sketchy encounters with people outside of their building. One of them got their car broken into and the employees in the office said “crime happens everywhere” with no way to ...remedy the situation. When I was moving out, I had issues with rent- they wanted me to pay way over the amount I actually owed. I have also never lived at an apartment complex that did so many “safety checks” where staff had to come in to your apartment when you were gone to check on something. So many issues at this place. Sin duda esto nos hace vivir en los mejores apartamentos de la zona. Nos sentimos como en casa porque hablan los dos idiomas y eso nos hace sentir más cómodos. Horrible experience!!!
February 16, 2017I never write reviews but this time I feel the need to write one about this property. To make a long long story short and I just wanna ask you this... Do yourself a big favor and don't rent an apt in Club at Stone Oak unless you want horrible customer service, roaches inside and outside your apartment, dirty hallways and common areas, loud neighbors.. horrific experience
April 14, 2016Management at this place is the worst!!!! I would take care of the carpeting, we would never walk in with our shoes on. The walls had normal wear and tear . yet they charged me extra when I left. The Garbage situation is disgusting. the garbage is always overflowing. My car was all dinged up. They lied about my apartment being cleaned
March 8, 2016Nicole will report on your credit that your apartment needs $800 worth of repairs if she does not personally like you. I have witnessed her making up charges even when the apartment is really fine just to ruin people's credit. August 8, 2015Apartment is very good, public areas are clean and well maintained. Excellent community with excellent local schools (Stone Oak). Great value
July 28, 2015These apartments are very well priced for the Stone Oak area. The location is good, the apartments are spacious and the property is still in good shape.
