Moved In Last Month and It's Wonderful
November 16, 2017I moved in last month and love it! They have a new manager and maintenance that go above and beyond- a big difference from the past, from what I understand. Apartments went through renovations. Super quiet and in great location.Property Manager Responded

please dont rent here and waste your time
March 6, 2017Please anyone who would like to rent at this place, DONT! these people will straight up lie to you. I was approved for a lease on one bedroom, everything was turning out fine and one of the previous lady that works at the office told me she just needed to verify some things. i waited for almost a month I got no call from her. So one day I went to visit the office and i found out she was fired. then the new management promised me an apartment as soon as possible. so they gave me a move in date, ...and a day before it was time to move I got an email from them saying, they are moving it at a later time, so i patiently waited. then few days before the move in date, I got another email saying, they decided to cancel my lease because the apartment was still not done, with no talks of my 300 refund. So i called the next day, she apologized there was a misunderstanding and that she would give me the next available unit the next couple of months. So i said ok, I waited again and then, few weeks before the move in date, I got another email saying, the unit was not ready and will be moved a couple of months again. at this point I was exhausted and tired of the empty promises, so I decided to give it up. They straight up lied to my face and mislead me they kept moving the apartment I was suppose to lease to my surprise they already had other people rented it while moving me around. terrible, terrible management, for the price of a tiny apartment and the headache they give you its definitely worth it. take it from me these people are scums.Property Manager Responded

Takes your deposit
July 11, 2016Was quick to take my 300 deposit and my $50 application fee took less than 20 minutes to deny me for an apartment but yet took more than a month to give me back my deposit which I still have not seenProperty Manager Responded
