Coastal Club
August 22, 2022There was mold growing on the AC unit the day I moved in. Since April of 2021 we have contacted the office several times concerning the ac units. Since 2021 my furniture has been damaged there is mold growing on the walls I have had more Dr visits because of the mold growing making me sick. I have been told they would come fix it so I take a day off work so I can be here and they do not show up. It is now 6pm on Monday and still no show. My apartment is NOT the only one with mold growing.Review from Apartments.com
Hollow walls, lack of parking
May 29, 2021Too many people smoking pot at this new apartment complex. Complain all you like, goes nowhere. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors beside your and below and above. If you have a dog, keep them close. There are too many pitbulls here and other over 100 pound dogs on the property. My wife and dog have been attack and others also had the same problems with the larger dogs. Complaints have been issued with management but nothing ever happens. Ridiculous
May 25, 2021The complex is new, which is excellent Brunswick needs more housing. The problem is they prioritized money over their residents. Work nights? Good luck finding a parking place. Parking wouldn't be an issue if they didn't build these God-awful storage sheds, which you need if you want any storage at all. The apartments are small and cost were obviously cut and not worth the price tag almost doubling rent in less than a year. We won't be resigning out lease when it is up in September.Review from Apartments.com
