    I've lived in apartments since 2019. This is the first complex where it feels like home. I feel safe here as well. The office personnel and the maintenance staff are great and easy to work with. Only minor issues which were handled quickly. Also, the residents are friendly and very nice people.

    I have lived in a Greystar community prior to moving to Coastal Exchange and the staff and services were always top notch. I moved here because this facility is managed by Greystar and lived in another complex that was poorly run by another management company.

    Maintenance has been incredibly helpful in my time living here!! A/C stopped working was fixed same day. Dryer stopped working fixed next day and kept everything clean while here. Air filters get changed very quickly by just requesting online.
