November 18, 2025I enjoy living at Coasterra. The building is well maintained and CLEAN! MY apartment is well lighted, spacious (compared to neighboring buildings), has modern construction and conveniences. The amenities are more than adequate with some added perks such as coffee and drinks. Neighbors are all nice and friendly. Most important, the price is right for what I get.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2025I really enjoy living here. The complex always smells fresh and welcoming, and there’s a strong sense of community among residents. The cleanliness throughout the property is also something I really appreciate. September 1, 2025I’ve been living at Coasterra apartments for two months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and make everything so easy, from the move-in process to any ongoing questions. The property is always clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to live. Plus, as a dog owner, I love how dog-friendly the community is!
