February 6, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comIf zero stars were a place it is here! Please run as fast as you can. Management does NOT care about their tenants. The basement is covered in sewage and has been for months, the roof leaks all the way to the first floor, over half the units have no working heat and the other half are burning up 99% of the time, the walls are paper thin, no pest control, no grounds maintenance person or cleaning company, majority of the units are Airbnb and you have no idea who is your neighbor.. just save ...yourself the head ache. Honestly not even worth a temporary stay. Oh rent increase upward of $300 without proper 30 day notice. RUNRead More
