October 27, 2025I've been living here for 4 years and overall I'm okay with it. Sometimes it gets irritating when you make a phone call up to the office and nobody answers the phone or return your message. But other than that, I guess everything is okay here for me. For now. It's quiet. Nobody bothers us and location is good for work My building is pretty much friendly. October 24, 2025Without hot water with no explanation or time when it would be restored for 19 days in December. No breaks or easements for our discomfort and frustration. Took 7 months of constant complaining to get wiring and broken down things in the apartment to work properly. They paid a crew to completely rewire the apartment and still had to have maintenance repair and rewire the outlets to the stove for 2 days. Carpet was FILTHY when I moved in and threadbare. And don't EVER be late on your rent. Also, ...trash service was suspended and now, even though I'm extremely frail, I have to carry my trash out to the big trash hopper at the end of the parking lot. My apartment should be several hundred dollars less because of it's substandard condition that I have struggled to clean and improve. The district manager has a bad attitude. And we see sheriff cars here EVERY week. So, as soon as I find something else affordable, I'm moving.
