November 24, 2024Noise level is High on my unit, can't take a rest with all the noises above unit. When file a complained, the staff seem not to care at all. Many hidden charges on monthly rent, pricing varies each month. Many extra charges that does not seem to apply to all residents, such as Trash valet which I never used not even once. When calling maintenance for replacing light bulb or other none urgent matter, was told I have to pay extra for it, which is ridiculous. I requested pest control due to ...insects are all over my unit but no one came to spray. Many insects, I cant even open my windows. Overall, these apartment has good location but not worth it.Property Manager Responded
