Never Live Here
October 5, 2022Absolutely the worst apartment complex I have EVER lived in. A new management has taken over and they are the WORST. They do not care about their residents, they take advantage of people, and have ruined people’s homes that have lived here for years. They violated lease agreements, tried to charge wrong late fees, shut down all forms of communication and blamed the residents, towed peoples vehicles in the middle of the night with absolutely no warning or communication, and called the police on a ...resident who informed them that they were in violation of the lease and spoke incredibly rude to other residents expressing concern. On top of that, they changed the pool to only operate until 5pm on weekdays which is ridiculous since most residents pay for this pool and can never use it anymore since it’s closed on the weekends. The worse management with the nastiest front office folks you’ll ever meet. NEVER EVER move into the place.Property Manager Responded

Top Complex in the Area.
July 16, 2021Lived here for 2 years now, Grounds are always clean, They consistently encourage residents to use "doggy" bags for their fur friends, and have plenty of bag stations around for that need. This helps cut down on the smell. Management tends to the needs of their residents within a few days and they are respectful and punctual. The apartments are decent in size, they have updated and upgraded the apartment and the amenities within. Vinyl Flooring in most homes, minus the main bedrooms in which ...they have carpet, is not the color or style I would have picked but it is what it is. Washer/Dryer in select apartments and the hookups if you bringing your own. (standard size fits) , along with fridge, dishwasher, disposal. Small pet friendly. The area around this complex is a bit run down as it's right off the I17 and 25th Ave. and there is a load of homeless people walking around. Yet no issues in regards to this issue as the residents tend to look out for each other and report issues.Property Manager Responded

Best Complex I Have EVER Lived At!!!
September 2, 2018This has been the best apartment complex I have EVER lived at and the most WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, and KIND property managers I have ever had. Cheryl and Nanette are so sweet and caring. I never had any issues with literally anything while I loved there, and Cheryl and Nanette were always so quick to respond to any of my questions. My apartment was updates with a new dishwasher, new carpet, new paint, and a new oven. The apartment was absolutely perfect for what we needed.
