Nightmare and has gone down hill
September 13, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe management is HORRIBLE. They do not care about you, you're a number to them. Collier companies will nickel and dime you even when you're not responsible. We were there for 2 years and in our second it was notably worse with management being slow to act on any requests and a general "were better than you" attitude. Awful place. Apartments have definitely gone downhill
February 19, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI have been here for 2 years now. And don NOT plan on making a third. For the most part the community is great. Especially around where I am. We all get along and watch out for others. Management however is HORRENDOUS! We sure do miss the old staff we had. They were awesome. They have changed staff so many times over the past 2 years I have lost track. They do not follow up on complaints. Just tell you to call security. Not to mention just how they speak to the residents via our portal app. Dogs ...run loose and poop everywhere and hardly no one cleans up after them. Maintenance here is lazy and incompetent…..if they even show up. I’ve had issues ranging from AC not working to smoke detector randomly going off. And let us not forget the bug and rodent problems. Bedbugs, roaches, mice…..just do yourself a favor and choose someplace elseRead More

December 20, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe community isn’t horrible but it’s definitely not the best either. I had a massive roach infestation three days after moving into my unit. Maintenance is never here when they need to be unless it’s an emergency and even then they still slow play as well as them tracking bedbugs into my apartment. Management is extremely rude and are very difficult to get in contact with. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

They're in a terrible area, management is dreadful, and the apartment it's self is a death trap. There is cockroaches in every apartment. Any problems you have, management will make it clear that they don't care. For instance, if your apartment has a mold issue, they wont take care of it at all. While walking to the convenience store next door, I've been asked to buy drugs at least 4 times. On weekends you can hear the bar next door ...blasting music, and drunk people stumble out. If you move into these apartments, you will regret it.Read More

But the complex is always filthy, the apartments are pretty beat up, and the staff is not helpful.
