Great place to live
June 18, 2021It’s a great place to raise a family especially if you have young children it’s convenient to schools and grocery shopping the turnpike is really close and now their is a hospital located right next to the property it also puts you in touch with nature.The overall scenery is very peaceful I have been resident here for thirteen years I could live here forever, most guests that visit often ask are their any available units. I volunteer at a local high school and the convenience for my travel to it ...is awesome when I was in business most of my customers were located really close to me. Don’t Waste Your Time or Money
July 5, 2019Flew down from Maryland to apply for an apartment here per instructions from the Male manager. After arriving I sat for at least 2 hours waiting on him to finalize my application. I paid my application fee and gave all of my documents. I wasted a week and than decided to cal after noticing they had a credit report. He than told me that he didn’t see my email and so I told him what day and time I sent in follow up documents he had asked for. That wasn’t the worse of it, I later got a call from ...a female worker telling me I was on the waiting List and I could be on it for 2-6 months. That was in December, 2018. I patiently waited to hear and didn’t want to keep calling them, because I didn’t want to be a pest. Believe me you NEED t be because in May, 2019 I get a call from the male staffer who took my application and then was told I needed to RE-APPLY. He told me that was a formality that the management REQUIRED. TO RE-APPLY EVERY 6 MONTHS IS LUDICROUS TO SAY THE LEAST. I’,m in the process of letting HUD know how well this mangement firm is handling their business. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
