December 12, 2022The amenities and leasing office are incredible. The apartments aren't really worth the money for the space and maintenance will say they are coming on a specific day and you clear your schedule and they never show. Great Place to Stay
November 27, 2022Two words describe this community for my child and I...Welcome Home. The school district is GREAT!!! Both times that I made maintenance requests, they repaired it immediately. Pasha welcomed me with her voice over the phone. Once she gave me the your, I knew I wanted to stay. She has remained the same kind woman from the first time. Tracy and Amanda are knowledgeable and friendly. With the exception of the great staff, I have to point out the fire department is next door. This is a good and bad ...thing that I found out the hard way. Besides the noise, it's still a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2022I first moved into coddle creek in early 2021. My experience has been good. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I love how the gym came equipped with everything I needed unlike other complexes. Maintenance responds pretty quick if you are in need for assistance. June 13, 2022Let me just start by saying this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex 6 days with no welcome letter or nothing they completely stopped responding to my emails after they promised me multiple times, they were sending over welcome letter nothing I am beyond disappointed wouldn't recommend them to none.Review from Apartments.com
