The apartments aren't really worth the money for the space and maintenance will say they are coming on a specific day and you clear your schedule and they never show. Both times that I made maintenance requests, they repaired it immediately. Pasha welcomed me with her voice over the phone. Once she gave me the your, I knew I wanted to stay. She has remained the same kind woman from the first time. Tracy and Amanda are knowledgeable and friendly. With the exception of the great staff, I have to point out the fire department is next door. I love how the gym came equipped with everything I needed unlike other complexes. Maintenance responds pretty quick if you are in need for assistance. Overall I give coddle creek five stars.

June 13, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comLet me just start by saying this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex 6 days with no welcome letter or nothing they completely stopped responding to my emails after they promised me multiple times, they were sending over welcome letter nothing I am beyond disappointed wouldn't recommend them to none.
