Poor management
June 27, 2019I have lived in the complex for almost a year now, the person that lived in the apartment I’m in was a heavy smoker and smoked in the apartment, so bad the complex had to “completely redo” the apartment before I could move in. They put in new flooring, which was put it poorly, and all walls had to be painted. After moving in we noticed a foul smell in the apartment and report it to management. They did not take us seriously and just made excuses. In time, after the apartment had time for the ...moisture from the environment to get in the nicotine started sweeping through the new paint. That’s s right, they didn’t properly clean t and treat the walls before repainting. All this is on top of my fiancée trying to go onto the portal and pay our rent only for me to find out when I was able to get into the office before they closed, the apartment manager never finished processing her application!! In the year, or just shy of a year, that I have been here, the majority of residents in the building my apartment is in have moved out as I will be doing SOON!!!!Property Manager Responded

Unbelievably dedicated
April 20, 2018I have to say I don’t normally write reviews. While my family is in between houses we needed temporary housing. I can’t begin to explain how pleasant and helpful Kim and the staff have been. Kim and her team are dedicated and have addressed any concern we had. The other weekend while stuck in the apartment because of the blizzard I dreaded how I was going to get out of the parking lot for work on Monday. I am used to being able to control and stay on top of it so I can leave when needed. Not only ...did they have staff plowing during the blizzard I watched the whole staff pull together Monday and start clearing so we could get our cars out of the snow. They also cane by multiple times to clear so they would catch any areas they couldn’t get to because of parked cars. After living in other complexes and owning my own home I would definitely recommend this as a place to live. Outstanding Service and Reasonably Priced!
January 31, 2018I moved in December 2017 and after owning a home for the past 20 years, I wasn't sure what to expect from renting. Kim and her staff have been exceptional making this transition for me smooth and comfortable! I have only had a couple of minor occurrences where she called Bill from Maintenance and he was right over within 24 hours. Pet owners clean up after their pets when walking them, and so far it is a very quiet neighborhood which is important to me as I work from my apartment. Great place to live!
September 22, 2016We moved to Cold Springs Villas a month ago. What initially drew us to Cold Springs was their pet policy - We have a 95 lb dog and a cat. We could never leave our furry family members behind and were delighted Cold Springs welcomed all of us. Almost everyone in the complex has large dogs. For how many animals there are, it is a very clean complex. There are walking trails right aside the complex for walking which is also a plus. Management is also very friendly and is very on top of fixing things ...( we had a light burn out and they dropped off replacement within an hour and we requested that our deck outside be repainted due to weathering and they were more than happy to do it!) Amazing Apartment with Amazing Staff
August 8, 2015It's always hard trying to find a quality place to rent when you have a dog over 35-40lbs, but I am so glad I found a place without a weight limit. Cold Spring Villas is a great set of apartments with great staff. I'm renting a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with two adults, a dog, and a cat. The different areas in the apartment(bedroom, closet, bathroom, kitchen, etc.) are spacious enough for my needs. Sometimes it does feel a little cramped with our 45lb dog running around, but there's plenty ...of room outside to walk, and even a conveniently located park right 'next door' with a play ground, a walking trail, and even a community garden. Even better than the apartments, is the amazing staff. Maintenance is very friendly and prompt with any issues we've had in the past, and the property manager is very outgoing and always has a smile on her face and happy to greet you. Occasionally, there are also events for the tenants such as cookouts, garage sales, and and just times to get to know your neighbours. October 31, 2014Seen listing online. Picture's looked great and hoped that when I seen the place it would not be a dumped. It was not and I am so happy to be part of this community.
