November 10, 2024So far it’s been great. Really enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. They host lots of great community get together and the best part is they are family friendly. It is well maintained and kept clean from the hallways to the parking garage. Anytime there’s a maintenance request they take care of it immediately. The location is perfect to get anywhere around town. You have easy access to the trails and lake activities.Property Manager Responded

November 13, 2023The location is outstanding with the trail and Zilker in walking distance (also perfect during ACL). You can also walk your Paddleboard to lady brid lake during summer. Chuys, the food truck lot, Juiceland, new Asian fusion, Lou’s, House Wine, Pterrys and Juliet’s is right around the corner. The apartment events are also super fun! Rent is too expensive though, especially with the office building going up next door which is about to block the downtown view.Review from Apartments.com
