I lived in this complex for more than a year. Anytime I had an issue the maintenance man (who has since moved on to being a pastor) was there same day to check it out and give me an estimate to when it would be fixed.
Once my air conditioning went out just before a long weekend, and he definitely felt worse about it than I did! Even though I was in an upstairs apartment and the heat index was around 100, the ceiling fans and cross breeze kept it cool.

I moved to be closer to my family, but I wish I had just paid the gas to drive and planned my visits carefully. I pay more for much less.
I loved the on-site 24 hour gym! I could go for a 2am run singing at the top of my voice and no one was around to hear me! …uh, I assume.

Management doesn't care if you have a problem. Take along time to do repairs or even change an air filter. I had to eventually buy my own filter and replace a smoke a detecter. Regional management doesn't care about anything except getting your rent. Much better places to rent in mattoon or charleston that are nicer have better management. On site manager Kenny doesn't care about any complaints. He will act as if he does and then nothing will come of it. I recommend living somewhere else unless ...

I live in a small community which i love. The plaace where i live is well maintained.My apartment complex has many on site ammenities that includes an outdoor park for the children,a gym and a pool on site. Lastly Coles Crossings is a well kept reasonable place to raise a family.

I love Coles Crossing apartments. I had the pleasure of moving into a freshly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom unit. This has been the best home I've had in my life, no joke. The management are wonderful, neighbours are friendly, there are grills located outside each building. The children have a fenced playground and we enjoy comfortable pool with a small gym in the clubhouse. What I enjoy most is our location just outside of town. It's quiet as if we are in the country but close to ...
