We were living in Central Florida, and we had a friend visit to see the community and the unit we were going to lease. Our friend face-timed with my wife, and my wife seemed OK with things. I was apprehensive, however, as we have been single family homeowners for decades. Leasing in a community I had not even seen made me feel uneasy. Well, we have been here 2 weeks now, and we love it!
