Leasing staff and maintenance are very professional and super friendly.
Only complain would be the grass in my yard is non existent and has been since I moved in Oct 2025. They did get me a slab of artificial grass but my dog refuses to go potty on it…

All in all not bad. Only issue was the authorized places not taking cashiers check as a form of payment. Hopefully, this gets resolved. But Caden did take our check to resolve issue.

We moved into Collection Champions Circle sight unseen. We were living in Central Florida, and we had a friend visit to see the community and the unit we were going to lease. Our friend face-timed with my wife, and my wife seemed OK with things. I was apprehensive, however, as we have been single family homeowners for decades. Leasing in a community I had not even seen made me feel uneasy. Well, we have been here 2 weeks now, and we love it! If we did not have plans to move into a house ...
