I recently moved into this community and so far my experience has been positive. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained, which was important to me when searching for a new place to live. I enjoy living at The Collection at Hunter Crossroads and feel very safe within the enclosed gated community. I also appreciate how well the property is maintained and how clean the grounds are kept. I’m just over one month into my lease and I am so happy I found this place. The staff is the friendliest anywhere I have lived. I love the monthly community events. I’m especially excited for this month’s mimosas and bouquet making event. This is the first time I have felt like a rental community was worth the rent. I hope to stay here until I can buy a house.

They were very welcoming and easy to work with. The property is super nice.
Very quiet. I really like it so far. I hope it stays this way and does not go down hill.
Only complaint I have is the thermostat.
