December 24, 2025The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the grounds are taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference. The management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable, with good natural light and practical layouts. Amenities like parking and shared spaces are convenient and add to the overall quality of living here. The location is also a big plus, with ...easy access to stores and restaurants. November 20, 2025????? My experience with Collection Schertz Station has been nothing short of amazing. Anytime I have a question, it gets answered right away. Whenever I send in request forms, they are always on it by the very next day. The office staff is always so nice, welcoming, and genuinely caring. October 31, 2025After 5 days of living here, I love it. I feel safe walking my dog through the streets, it's clean, I'm close to the stores! My only complaint is that my water isn't hot enough when i shower, but I can survive with that.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2025We love it here so far, it’s peaceful and beautiful and fwe also feel very safe. Maintenance is fast and we have daily trash pickup. The management team is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests, which makes a big difference. She worked with us to find the perfect floor plan, as we were short on time. Victoria was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. She was and still is always available to answer questions and was particularly helpful in resolving a minor water heating issue in our new home quickly and efficiently.
