Very neat and clean. Great community to live in. Beautiful pool and grill area. We enjoy the fitness area as well as the activities room with complimentary coffee tea and snacks. Situated in a great area, it takes us about 15min to walk to the historic district of Gruene.

I have lived at the collection at Gruene coming up on a year now. I do not have one negative thing to say. The Collection at Gruene has been amazing. From the staff, to the property, price, amenities, and amazing mantience crew. The location is perfect, five mins away from Gruene…. Can’t get better than that. I highly recommend the Collection at Gruene.

I absolutely love living at The Collection at Gruene! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. The amenities are wonderful, and the overall atmosphere feels safe, welcoming, and peaceful. The staff has also been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. My only complaint is that the gates are almost always broken, which can be frustrating and takes away from the sense of security. This place has been good to us so far. Karlee gave us the tour of the place and we fell in love with it and signed a day later. There have been some little black ants roaming around but pest control will be out to hopefully take care of that situation.

The staff and maintenance crews are top notch. The amenities are great. The location of the community is so close to everything but yet feels like the country. These units feel more like a home than an apartment due to their design .
