I absolutely love living at The Collection at Gruene! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. The amenities are wonderful, and the overall atmosphere feels safe, welcoming, and peaceful. The staff has also been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
My only complaint is that the gates are almost always broken, which can be frustrating and takes away from the sense of security. Aside from that, I've truly enjoyed living here and would definitely ...
recommend this community to others.

This place has been good to us so far. Karlee gave us the tour of the place and we fell in love with it and signed a day later. There have been some little black ants roaming around but pest control will be out to hopefully take care of that situation.

The staff and maintenance crews are top notch. The amenities are great. The location of the community is so close to everything but yet feels like the country.
These units feel more like a home than an apartment due to their design .

I love some of the ppl I’ve met in the neighborhood , not to mention my next door neighbors and all the people I start talking to that make me feel welcome and I’ve grown close friendships with! I feel like it’s hard to feel lonely when I can knock/ text my next door neighbors to the right and to the left of me. I feel blessed they moved in a month from each other and 6-7 months into my stay here. Life is amazing when you have community

I visited several other townhomes and this by far was the most accessible staff and most convenient hours to visit. I lived an 1.5 away and they worked with my schedule. Karlee was great...
