July 27, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s ok….things aren’t fixed in a timely manner….the apartments don’t hold up well, everything caulked cracks and looks terrible, calling it a fitness center is a stretch, most people have a better fitness center in their basement, the pool isn’t maintained and is barely open( and it’s supposed to be included in the rent but they won’t lower the rent if it’s closed)they bump the rent up $50 every year with nothing to show for it. They puff out their chests and say best deal around….no it’s not ...going to be that way for long…they’re going to price themselves out. They think because they have a wait list to get in they can keep raising the rent. 10, 15 maybe 10 is understandable…but $50 is absurd.Read More

July 17, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comMy husband and I have lived here since March 2015. We love it. The Property Manager Jenn is great. The maintenance staff is great. They handle your work order requests super fast. There's a pool and small gym. The laundry rooms were recently updated with new larger washers and dryers. Our neighbors are nice and we love the floor we are on. The apartments are visually appealing as well. We have never had any issues with rodents of any kind. We are moving soon but only due to relocating. I wanted ...to be sure to write about our positive experience here and would highly recommend College Arms to anyone. Also free cable is included. I'm talking Verizon Fios HD channels, which is great! Hope this helps someone make the decision to say yes.Read More

Good for the college rentals but not great for longtime rent
August 15, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comOlder buildings with some maintenance issues. Had heat go out for 3 days in coldest time of winter with no compensation from owners. Not great on snow removal. In Spring & Summer you have a good location of next to college so you have open space. Cute town with parades & events. Very good police and fire department nearby.

August 2, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here for nine years and used to love it. Now it's horrible!! The "playground " consists of a couple swings and a slide that's over twenty years old that they spray paint over the rust. The pool is never clean and the lifeguards don't do anything. Everything breaks and nothing gets fixed the right way. Complaints are never dealt with and the neighbors are noisy. It's definitely not close to being worth the price to pay for these apartments. Run from this place!!!! Can't wait ...till my lease is up so I can finally get out of this dreadful place!!!Read More
