everyday! It is an enjoyable community to live in... affordable, quiet and clean! I don't understand some of the comments that are written, but the Rental Office staff, to me, is very pleasant and helpful; of course I may have an occasional problem, but maintenance was very efficient and timely.
All I can tell you is that my house and community where I live is my safe haven. From my experience, I am very happy!

The most incompetent front office staff I have ever experienced. Bad neighborhood. You get what you pay for. I had a leak in my roof that took a total of 4 months to be fixed- That’s 4 months of water leaking onto my bed whenever it rained. It took so long because of the unorganized front office/ repair process. Our house was falling apart; had to call maintenance several times a month. Not to mention our house was infested with mice/ rats. Called the office to address the infestation: nothing ...
was done. Got out of there as fast as I could. They also tried to charge us $700 at the end of our 1 year lease to replace the carpeting... despite us leaving the carpet in perfect condition. Do not live here. (I lived on Melbourne).

I rented a 2bedroom townhouse in December. So far so good. Reasonably priced for the amenities included. Full size washer and dryer dishwasher and there is a basement, not finished, but there is a bathroom in it. I'm not completely happy with the paint job in the house, however the accent wall (paid for by the company) and hanging pictures made up for it. The property is well kept. The neighborhood is quiet, the maintenance and office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend ...

My sister and I waited 3 weeks now to ear from them, and they never give us a response. We have all the informations they needed even more then that. We have a very good salary and we can even rent more then 4 apartments in this place. Good credit record as well. But they waisted our time for nothing. The only think i like about the apartment was a basement, that we want to use like a storage for our staff for a year and buy our own houses. We were very polite and patient. Even if we don’t ...

Quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbor's. College gardens has affordable apartments with nice size bedrooms.

This a deluxe apartment made from a town house, which was split into 2 floors. They have a deal with a near by college. This is a little bit of a pest problem, but they have pest control on deck. They also do not have AC. However, gas and water are included and the rooms are quite spacious.
