If I ever have any concerns or questions, the front office people are great to deal with. They are helpful, courteous and quick to tackle any problems that may arise. Cheap construction - I hear my NEIGHBOR’S alarm each morning
March 4, 2024One star instead of zero bc maintenance is quick and responsive. These apartments look nice but are so cheaply constructed I hear my next door neighbor’s morning alarm, I can hear them opening drawers - my upstairs neighbors are a NIGHTMARE! Loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate. I have to bang on the ceiling w a broom stick or shout at them to be quiet. Luckily for me I don’t have to shout too loud bc the walls are paper thin so they quiet down but it’s 1126p on a Wednesday and they’re running - I ...don’t know if they’re exercising or something but it shakes my walls beneath them! 6 UNANSWERED calls to the front office during normal business hours (admittedly I only left 1 voicemail) but ZERO response from them to help address the issue of loud inconsiderate people. Trash piles up in the dumpster FAST - it’s not large enough to accommodate all of the tenants. Do yourself a favor - rent elsewhere if you can! I wish I could.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
