great staff and nice place to live

i was searching for an apartment near my new job in the hospital at lawnwood and also in close proximity to indian river college. i found college park apts via a sign and called. the manager Gloria was just wonderful and so helpful. she got me approved in just one day and i moved in thre days later. i did have one minor issue with a leaking sink but the onsite maintenance man came right over and fixed it and even heloed us move our stuff in. thank you so much this place is great

Seems good until you sign the lease, shady management. Everything sounds good until you move in. Roaches everywhere
