Renewed Apts & Burgeoning Community
September 28, 2019I've lived here for 8 years. Under its latest & best management, I'm seeing vast improvement through renovated apartments & apartment buildings. There is alot of creative remodeling of our entire complex conducive to creating a neighborhood. Our emergency community is family-oriented, pet-friendly, safe living for students and town residents. New Managment
June 22, 2018I moved in the beginning of May 2018. It has been great living here. Tammie was very wonderful & patient with my application info. When moving in my apartment was very clean. Rent is good for me being on SSI. Management & maintenance are extremely friendly & always on the go. Since I have been here they have gotten a new front sign, replaced my hallways carpet and always fixing up the old things. I have only put in 2 work requests and they get fixed with in 3 days. The maintenance men, David and ...Aaron, are so nice and always helpful. A great thing about the property is that a food pantry comes the 3rd Friday of every month. I love that the Property Manager Heather is always helping with the pantry & talking with the residents. Im so glad they do BINGO almost every month. I love living here!
July 22, 2015They do not discriminate we have different ages, races and people with disabilities who live here! Most of us work though.I love living here because we have everything we need here.Laundry rooms on each floor the utilities are all included and the bus comes right in front of my building and is always on time!The ladies at the office are very polite and the maintenance crew will come fix your broken things in a timely manor, I asked for an apartment on the bottom floor and she gave it to me..This ...is why I love living here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
