February 8, 2024This price is low because the tenants are terrible . There is lots of crime between tenants . Managers do nothing about anything . If you are considering this apartment complex then look else where . The price will suck you in but you will want to leave .Review from Apartments.com

December 1, 2018My boyfriend moved in a few years ago while still at SLU, I moved in about a year and a half ago and I’m so ready to leave. Before I moved in they noticed the dishwasher wouldn’t start so they called the “former” maintenance guy to come look at it, he accused them of pouring grease down the drains clogging the pipes and refused to fix the dishwasher which has been broken for 2 1/2 YEARS NOW! Every time they do there monthly inspection of the units we try to tell them about the dishwasher and ...still nothing is done about it. The laundry room is a complete joke. Most of the machines are outdated and constantly broken and it doesn’t feel like anyone is doing anything to fix it. Overall, if you’re looking for a super cheap crappy place to live while in college this is great for you. Can’t wait to find somewhere new to live next year!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
