Terrible Management and Place to Live
February 4, 2025Do not move in here. The staff just ignores you whenever there is an issue going on, they turn off the water for maintenance for several hours with just a short notice, and they fail to turn on their cooler system when appropriate. They also show you their staged room when touring, however, the unit you receive will be completely different. They do not clean it or maintain it.Property Manager Responded

Clear communication and timely service are important to us, and we regret if any part of that fell short during your time here. We also want to clarify a few points to ensure accurate information is shared. The model unit shown during tours is the same layout type residents receive. The staged unit simply includes furniture for display purposes, while actual apartments do not come furnished. We do not switch layouts or provide something different from what was presented. If the condition of your unit did not meet expectations, that is something we should have addressed more thoroughly, and we apologize for that. Regarding the cooling system, each apartment has its own in-unit controls. Residents are able to turn on and adjust their own cooling settings at any time. If yours was not functioning as expected, we should have assisted you more promptly, and we ...apologize for any delay. Maintenance notices, including water shutoffs, are always intended to be sent with as much advance notice as possible. If this didn’t feel sufficient, we take responsibility for improving our communication. We genuinely appreciate the feedback and would be glad to discuss any unresolved concerns directly so we can make things right. Thank you

Cockroaches
September 24, 2024I’ve lived here for 2 years now and although the price is nice, I definitely see why it is so low: Cockroaches. During Fall and Winter I don’t see them as much, but once Spring and Summer hit, you might as well go live with some relatives for the next 4-6 months. I come from a family of cleaners so I keep my unit very clean and I do a deep clean twice a week during Spring and Summer. However, I still wake up and see small roaches all around the kitchen and bathroom floors, and at least 4 BIG ones ...every time I turn the lights on. Just last night one crawled on my couch while I was on it. I will give this apartment complex its credit when it comes to the amenities, but I will definitely be moving after I graduate from UofA this semester because I can’t deal with the roaches. P.S. Some of these roaches can fly too.Property Manager Responded

Not move in ready
August 16, 2023This place has black mold problems. An apartment that was supposed to be move in ready was filthy. Nothing was cleaned and there were so many cosmetic issues. Be very careful going here. The apartment looked nothing like we had viewed. Oh and the maintenance people PAINTED over the black mold as if I wouldn’t have noticed. So I’m pretty sure many other apartments are exposed or about to if they haven’t been already. I canceled my lease the minute I saw how they gave me a “move in ready” ...apartment.Property Manager Responded
