February 28, 2023My son and I came to tour these apartments the other day and come to find out, we were supposed to make a reservation!! However, a wonderful young lady, I believe her name was Megan, said that it was not a problem and gave us a full tour of the complex! She answered any questions we had, and if she couldn’t, she pointed us in the direction of someone who could. My son is very excited about the TWO gyms they have and I was a fan of all the grilling stations out by the pool. The apartments are very ...nice as well, I wish I lived somewhere this nice back when I was in school! We started the application process as soon as we were done with our tour.Property Manager Responded

Love it!
April 9, 2021I lived at college view for two years and absolutely loved it. The amenities are really nice and all stainless. All utilities, cable and internet are included in the price so I didn’t have to worry about extra fees because of usage. The staff is really nice and have always helped when needed. If you are looking for a good student living apartment close to campus, I highly recommend.Property Manager Responded
