October 24, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comIf I could give a 0 star, I would. Moved in February of this year and it was filthy. Had not been cleaned at all. Mold in fridge, walls, ac vents (was growing out of vents on the wall), in sink, behind bed, it was disgusting. We called office and they said “sorry, apartment is as is”. Not safe for people to live in and they claim to do “inspections” quarterly. They don’t. My boyfriend and I moved out 8 months later and we STILL had black mold all in the ac vents on the day of us moving out and ...months of complaining. After moving out, we got charged for all of the previous renters damages that were complained about day of the move in. over $3000 for both me and my boyfriend. $6000 all together for charged damages. Do not live here! Its terrible.Read More
