One thing after another it seems

Great for college students who need something slightly larger than a dorm. My front door sticks super bad and takes tremendous effort to open. Some black mold has infested my place due to an upstairs leak that maintenance has looked at but never resolved. Had to replace my bathroom cabinets with cardboard and am currently without baseboards in the bathroom thanks to maintenance not completing their tasks. Now my garbage disposal has gone out and my a.c. is next, but I doubt it will get fixed ...
unless I gather the knowledge to do so myself. A fair place for a temporary stay, but I've been here for years and it has been rather exhausting for $385 per month and $150 cable/internet bill with no job.
