The location is the best I've seen in blacksburg. You are right next to campus plus restaurants and everything else you could want in downtown blacksburg

The complex is usually 99% students and most of them belong to fraternities or sororities. It is usually loud past 1am, there are people roaming around throughout the parking lot until 3am. I love the location, but if you are not prepared for the rowdy neighbors I would look somewhere else.

Tucked discreetly behind a locally owned Main St. antique shop, this six unit townhome offers all the benefits downtown Blacksburg has to offer with the privacy you could only get in a house in the country. Each unit has two bedrooms and is equipped with real hardwood floors, plenty of storage, and one of the smallest bathrooms you'll ever see.
