February 20, 2026I LOVED living at Collier. The amenity space is super nice with giant chess! The pool was great too and open all year. I really liked my upgraded unit, though I didn't get the top upgrades, it was still REALLY nice.Review from Apartments.com

Do not recommend
May 20, 2023I've lived here for 4 years, and the 'community policies' used to be much nicer. The apartments are fine, and the amenities are quite nice. However, the changes to policies are sent out en masse via a single email that you might not see. These changes can be things like the front gates not working without signing up for a phone app. So you get locked out of your own home if you miss an email. They could be a towing policy. So you wake up to your car being gone, because you missed an email. They ...will not reimburse you.Property Manager Responded
