    So far so good. Outside of my package being stolen, the fact that the gate takes forever to open and close and the security it guarantees is questionable, it’s fine

    The experience has been great overall. I do wish that they would pressure wash the buildings more and ensure the garbage company continues to consistently pick up trash on pick up days.

    The staff has been wonderful and super accommodating of residents needs. They’ve been incredibly helpful, especially when it came to water billing being inaccurately high.

    We are still dealing with bugs in our house as the weather gets warmer. The pest control has been here several times. We lose power and water periodically for various reasons. The new billing system for water/trash doubled our bill but we’ve been receiving a rebate. I hope the rebate continues and the billing formula is fixed. The grills and patios near the pool need to be refurbished. The new rules for the pool like no alcohol make it hard to grill out on a summer day with friends. The tennis ...
    court should be a pickle court. The new gate worked at first but it’s mostly open these days. Maintenance has been keeping up with the request.

    The maintenance staff is excellent and we really appreciate all their hard work. Trash pick up continues to be sporadic. The package room also is hit or miss.

  • Unprofessional and Issues That Pile Up

    I loved the layout of the townhouse and was super excited when I moved in. My unit was in a back area that hardly received natural sunlight. The heating/cooling units are in the apts and it sounds like an airplane taking off which was extremely disruptive, esp when working from home. The property was fairly looked after. Gym was underwhelming with broken and missing equipment. I had packages stolen from the package room often and the gate almost never worked! My car was broken into once and the ...
    property also had it towed because my tags from another state were expired. Was there for two years and just moved out after being handled completely unprofessionally by staff who did not communicate or respond to my inquiries about my lease renewal.

    Staff is nice, but not super responsive. Grounds are well kept. Trash pickup has improved. Water billing is changing to the detriment of those who use less water.

    What truly stands out is the staff and maintenance team. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Whether it's a maintenance request or just a general inquiry, they handle it promptly and with care. The apartment itself is well-maintained and comfortable.
