Manager is extremely shady
April 25, 2024Do not move here unless you want to deal with a super shady land lord/manager who will not mention important details to you before moving in. Nicole (the manager) told us there was central air and there is a central air unit so of course we were under the impression there’s air conditioning, but she conveniently forgot to mention to us that it’s not installed yet. We tried to have a calm conversation about reimbursement for this and she was just trying to manipulate the whole conversation by ...saying she “didn’t physically point out in the lease that there’s air conditioning and just open a window” instead of actually trying to help us out or make up for this. Dreadful experience
March 8, 2021The lot manager was 30 minutes late to our walkthrough. When she showed up she had her kid with her which would normally be no big deal but we're trying to see if we wanted to rent this place and the kids tap dancing the entire time while the manager just stood there and said nothing. Didnt even contact us about our application to let us know we were approved. Highly unprofessional especially when your searching for a new home.Review from Apartments.com
