We love living at Collin’s Crossing. The office/maintenance are top notch. That are great with any concerns you have,(which are none??).The amenities are great. The staff just treats you like family here. Whenever you have a maintenance concern, they are right on it. The grounds are kept and well maintained. We have great neighbors. It is really quiet here. I would recommend Collin’s Crossing to everyone. Thanks guys. We are very happy here.

I do recommend checking out Collins Crossing, especially as a UNC student. This is conveniently located right off the bus line and is super reasonable to afford with roommates.

One month in and I'm very happy with my choice to move into Collins Crossing. Walking distance to Carrboro downtown, friendly and attentive staff, and the apartment is in great condition with brand-name appliances. Neighbors are friendly, and the apartments are not noisy at all. Very happy here!

Very happy with Collins Crossing after two weeks of living here. The front office staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. We had some HVAC issues that were taken care of promptly and courteously. The unit was ready for us on time, and exactly what we anticipated.
