Great place!
June 5, 2021Management is awesome!!! They are on top of everything. If you have an issue their response time is same day or first thing next morning (if you sent an email after hours). Even when I was crabby, Melanie was nothing but nice to me, she's amazing! Apartments are very nice and well maintained (thanks Kevin!). Love having full size washer and dryer in the apartment! Communication between management and renters is great as well; if they are working on something (front door, checking dryer vents, ...etc) they will send a text and also put a letter in your door with dates and times. I would definitely recommend Collins Place in Mandan.Property Manager Responded

Best company we have ever rented through
September 13, 2020My fiance and I just moved into our new apartment on Friday September 11, 2020. We have a little baby girl coming in November. We are 100% happy with the service and friendly atmosphere that Melanie and Ashley from IMM in the Mandan location has provided. We were completely impressed with how secure and how welcoming that they had made us feel as we walked in the doors. Definitely would recommend family and friends to rent through IMM.
